Sitemap (sitemap) in this context is not a site map in your website / blog is a page that contains all the links / content of the website / blog (table of contents), but sitemap (sitemap) which became a reference for the search engines crawling a website / blog. Before creating and registering a sitemap to Google, do advance registration url of your website / blog to Google Search Engine.
Then follow the steps as follows:
1. Create a sitemap url, ie the feed url of your website / blog. For WordPress, url feeds can be directly entered without having to add specific rules. As for blogger / blogspot, should be added to certain rules in order to submit / sitemap registration does not fail. You can use the sitemap generator very easily found, just type 'sitemap generator' on Google. But for practical purposes you can use the additional rules.

2. Go to the Google Webmaster Tools.
3. Click the url of a website / blog that has been registered and want to be a sitemap.
4. In the configuration menu / site configuration, select sitemaps.
5. Click submit a sitemap, sitemap and enter the url.
6. Then click the submit a sitemap.
7. Once submitted, you will find a report stating that your sitemap registration has been successful. But before there will be a process that shows the image of the clock. This process is relatively, there are 1 hour to 2 days. Successful registration process as a whole will be indicated with a tick (check).
8. Finish
